Picture
studio study, oil, 6x6, 'Cat Lady'
'Cat Lady' is a spinster who lives secluded from society with her hundreds of Abstra-Cats. She spends more on them than herself. She is forced to use all of her social security money to buy cat food and milk. She talks about her felines as if they're children and names every single one with funny names. 'Cat Lady' possesses the uncanny ability to recognize which Abstra-Cat is which no matter how similar they may look to one another.

This simplistic painting uses repetition of curvilinear shapes and repeating color.
